STORY BEHIND ARCHIPELAGO
"I get by with a little help from my friends..." encapsulates this record more than I can honestly put into words. This album has been in the works for two whole years, and I couldn't have made even half of this possible, without my friends and chosen family at my side. It's been a very chaotic, and crazy handful of years and this music is what's kept me sane, throughout all the craziness, that is all of our lives right now. It's a tumultuous time, and I hope these songs can help slow you down, and process and enjoy being on this planet for another day. Because you are worth a place on this planet, just as much as anybody else.

Archipelago is inspired by textbook information from decades gone by, and our neighboring celestial bodies. The music itself is based on discovered nebulas in space. It’s the curiosity of our universe , our galaxy, the planets, and everything in between. an album I had the idea for about five years ago. I just didn’t have the equipment I needed in order to make it the way I intended it to sound. No AI was used in the making of this record. It is a culmination of two years of hard work and perseverance. Without the help of my friends along the way, this album wouldn’t have been possible, in the way I envisioned it. It’s a group effort just as much as I put into it. I created a new circle of friends along the way too. I’m happy to bring aboard more ambienauts. To the future, and outer space we traverse. 🚀

- THE STORY - TOLD BY YHORM -
'Pe**le Hymnen V' is about arrogance (in German "Hochmut").
The first two songs initiate the story, introducing Baldur's Gate. They are an arrangement from Baldur's Gate III OST "The Power" originally written by Borislav Slavov, about a city corrupt and full of arrogance, intrigues and driven by money and s*x.

'Hochmut' is the charge of Hochmut against Baldur's Gate. 'Schmerz' means 'pain' and dives down to the refugees in the slums, living in the worst conditions, treated like 3rd or even 4th class humans. 'Babylon (Stürmt den Thron!)' - raid the throne!) and the Tower of Babel is metaphoric for the people standing up and holding together against the rich - the emperors and kings.

'Fall' (Ein Abgesang in Wehmut - a farewell in melancholy) (Fall: as in English falling down) is about the kings and emperors getting erased from thrones and forced into exile - but it also stands for the end of the series - this bittersweet feeling when something that was part of oneself for a long time ends.

- THE SERIES -
This is the final release of Pe**le Hymnen series. 'I' was my first ever released record and my first work after almost 7 years of making no music in any ways. Back in the days physically released by on hiatus Abart Records (predecessor label to Menschenfeind Propaganda). Over time I improved my recording, mixing and playing skills and started experimenting more, and the 'Pe**le Hymnen' series was laid aside for quite some time. Recently I got some riffing ideas and I thought this is a worthy end for this series.

"This EP embodies my venture into the fleeting moments before complete derealization and the tranquility that follows. "Jamais-Vu" is not just a title; it is the embodiment of an opportunity for a fresh start, a release from the past—shedding old patterns of thinking, reacting, memories, and experiences.

The sounds you are about to encounter are a collection of forgotten and resurfaced materials from 2022 and 2023, reinterpreted and assembled to narrate this phase of transition. The sonic landscape of this EP relies heavily on feedback and minimalist drum rhythms, elements familiar from my previous works, yet introduces serene passages that carry the weight of the predominant emotions each track aims to capture and convey.
