Them: it’s a far larger topic than you realize (etc)
Me: not far larger than I realize…. I’ve put in a lot of hours on this… -posts articles-
I was talking about my autism diagnosis journey and how I didn’t get it until I was 28 and I’m almost 36 and somebody was like you do not look like you’re gonna be 36!
Needless to say, I was very flattered.
This is one person’s order! I was so grateful to get this.
On our way to the valley!
How anyone can say “The internet is bursting with online business advice - and NONE of it takes neurodivergent brains into consideration....” and feel like this sentence is true needs to reconsider what inclusion looks like.
It’s so wildly dismissive of not only myself, but many other people who do this type of work.
Just because you aren’t aware of us, doesn’t mean we don’t exist.
The first statement is incredibly untrue. Some of us run cohorts (like the one I do with Curiko) and give advice from a neurodivergent standpoint. I hope they reconsider changing that sentence.
Thats just a blanket statement and isn’t actually indicative of reality.
16 speakers (who are all also neurodivergent!)
Awww man someone FULLY missed the point.
I will be in chilliwack tomorrow!!! Find me at the corner of Wellington and college street 💖 .pride
The superpower and autism narrative is harmful.
My mom and I got the orders packed and mailed out, got started on the market restock and I’m already at the gym ❤️
I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of support.
-I was on CBC Radio yesterday
-My contest for the disability pride items ends at the end of the month

Just a few things going on... i'm REALLY trying to keep my spirits up.
I was interviewed for this segment.
Monthly donations at Canuck Place give kids and families strength when they need it most. Become a monthly donor today
Doing my FIRST PITCH today through one of my certification organizations...!
I guess I have to call BISSELL tomorrow..?! My Steamshot may have been recalled.
Funny enough, I bought it DIRECTLY from them and they never let me know. At least they'll have all the information on file (I found the order number)
Tumblr gave me an additional 100,000 impressions for my blazed post.
Delicious!!!!! 🤤 normally I’m not in to dark chocolate but did amazing with these.
The Federal Government has released an "EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY FOR CANADIANS WITH DISABILITIES", they mention self-employment and yet i'm having an incredibly hard time navigating the website to figure out WHAT those resources are.
Today I posted my pins on Reddit, imgur, tumblr, TT, threads and X.

The sunflower lanyard is different from my work.
This feels dismissive of what I am trying to do.
There is a place for that and there’s a place for my items too.
Someone’s order of pins today:

The Government of Canada's website is absolutely terrible. There's a new Disability Employment Strategy and I can't even find what i'm looking for.
For #DisabilityPrideMonth – Running my own business has been the most liberating experience of my life as a neurodivergent, autistic individual. Entrepreneurship has provided me the flexibility and empowerment to navigate the world on my own terms, and I'm passionate about sharing this journey with others. My business is dedicated to making everyday circumstances easier to manage and helping people express themselves in unique ways, especially for those who may be non-speaking. I've created a modular system of enamel pins that allows anyone to craft a personalized message for communication. These pins are not just accessories but powerful tools for self-expression, connection, and accommodation for various disabilities. I invite you to explore my work and see how these pins can make a difference in your life or the lives of those around you. Please like, share, and spread the word within your network. Your support will enable me to continue expanding my efforts and assist even more people in finding their voice and navigating the world with confidence.
