One day, I scrambled all over the net to find a digital program to do justice as a pencil. I found myself returning to the mechanical pencil when the lines were not sharp enough-When they did not convey precisely enough..when they were not a true expression of the soul. When the spark hits, I'll work fast to accomplish the task at hand. After writing with a ball point pen for about four years, wit

h a few simple illustrations and diagrams, I've traded in that sort of art for pencil and washes and it takes me further into the murky unknown, into an underwater landscape that I've dreamed about since I was a small youth.
