The red rocks are what bring most people to Sedona.

The quieter moments are what make them stay.

A creek flowing beneath towering trees. A trail that bends around a canyon wall. A conversation over dinner as the cliffs glow gold at sunset.

Some destinations offer adventure.

Others offer perspective.

Sedona somehow manages to do both.

Sometimes wellness begins with very small things.

A warm kitchen.
Fresh ingredients.
A homemade ritual passed between people who care for one another.

Our latest LIVING HEALTH article explores a simple ginger, lime, turmeric, and cayenne drink inspired by traditional home remedies — not as a miracle cure, but as a comforting ritual that may help support the body during cold and flu season.

Because health is not only about what we consume. It is also about the atmosphere we create around healing.

There are forms of suffering that cannot always be measured through symptoms alone.

Some people are physically exhausted.
Others are emotionally overwhelmed.
And some quietly feel disconnected from their own lives — even while everything appears “fine” on the outside.

In a recent contribution to LIVING HEALTH — MIND, explores the relationship between anxiety, depression, unhappiness, and what he describes as existential or biographical suffering: the kind that emerges when a person loses a sense of inner coherence, direction, or connection with themselves.

Not every form of healing begins with the body alone.

Sometimes it begins with being heard, understood, and seen as a whole person again.

We look for clarity in plans, in answers, in what others are doing… and still feel uncertain.

But there is another way of seeing.

The kind that doesn’t rush to resolve,
but gently reveals.

Because clarity doesn’t always come from looking further—sometimes it comes from looking deeper.

Into the places we often avoid.
Into the questions we haven’t fully sat with.
Into the heart.

And slowly, almost without noticing,
what once felt distant begins to take shape.

Not everything about health needs to be optimized.
Some things are quieter than that.
A bowl of fruit.
A simple meal.
A small return to what feels natural.
Not perfect.
But enough to begin.

LIVING HEALTH. A space for living well—without the pressure of getting it perfect.
