When we go on vacations, my sister always ask “when will you take your nap”…. Around 2-3 o clock everyday I am mentally exhausted.. I feel like a child who needs a nap. 💤
Finding a quiet moment to recharge can be crucial, especially with ADHD.
How I would need a minute to recharge and re focus… and for so long I never understood why…I just needed to get away for a bit… and how finally after my third psychiatrist who actually listened to me instead of just trying to shove more anti depression/anxiety meds down me, the ADHD makes so many more things click and I don’t feel as guilty for needing that moment of silence
