Sunday Edition! Chicken Alfredo with asparagus and fresh bread. Homemade alfredo sauce is so much better than the jar. There is nothing wrong with jar sauce, I use it also.

Thursday nights meal. Simple but delicious. We don't normally have steak during the week, that is what we cook on the weekend. I had some that needed to be cooked Adan was at work so I fired up the grill. Look at the char marks in those I think I did pretty good.

What is everyone having for dinner tonight? We had avocado burgers with bacon. They were delicious, and Adan has lunch for tomorrow. Win win!

Today was about banana nut bread and blueberry bread. These will be great for breakfast for Adan. I also did some meal planning. Adan has to take a lunch so I have the pantry stocked with easy meals that will be great the next day also. I will keep yall posted. Blessing to everyone on a new week.

Sunday Edition- Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, homemade rolls. Dessert was cinnamon rolls.
I had the Hamburger patties in the freezer and they needed to be cooked. I decided to make hamburger steaks with gravy. When I was cooking memories of Ben (Adan's Dad)making this came flooding back. He usually made them on a Friday night. Such a good memory.
The cinnamon rolls, taste great but not do not rise likeI want them to. I am going to try a new recipe next time.
The rolls are a Texas Roadhouse recipe. I will definitely double it next time.
The green beans were my dear friend Roxet Ligon Sowell recipe. It's butter, and Tony Chachere's.
It was so good, leftovers for tomorrow.

It's Me! I decided to create my own page. Tonight I made a easy pasta. inspired this meal. I did make a some changes.
I added chicken and sun dried tomatoes. I doubled my recipe so we will have have lunch for tomorrow. It's Collins and Adan approved.
