You probably saw him on a shared post from one of your FB friends, disguised as "Subway Surfer Boy". He became viral with his looks and outfit, and that's how he gained popularity around the city. We're able to talk and even take photos of him in the middle of the traffic. His style is what keeps him outstanding among everyone else. We wish for him to keep being kind as he's continuing to help voluntarily on wide streets of Laguna.
