Alteration Photography is an initiative of the three photographers Maartje Ansems, Brendan van den Beuken and Else Loof. Out of their different photographical backgrounds, they each investigated what photography essentially means to them. Their visions seemed to be equal: photography is not only about the technique and the ability to make great images; it is also, and to them particularly, about the underlying layers. www.alteration-photography.com
