Here’s what you can do to combat the stubbornness 👇 • Train In Different Environments It is best to start your training in a quiet area before moving to places where there are more distractions however it is important to train them in an environment that is full of distractions to strengthen the bond between you. • Be Positive If there is one thing that DOESN’T work with dachshunds, it would be getting angry with them. They sense the frustration which makes them confused leading to them losing trust in you. • Rewards Rewards Rewards It is important to reward your dachshunds when they do something positive. Most dachshunds are motived by rewards be it pets, kisses or treats. This creates a stronger trust between you. • Consistency You want to start early and remain consistent with your training.
