Celebrating the gift of a big win for our SoulMusic Records (SMR) reissue label: No.17 of the pretisigious SPIN magazine's Top 20 box sets of 2023 is The Spinners "Ain't No Price On Happiness: The Thom Bell Studio Recordings (1972-1979)". That's a real feat for our team! Big thanks to my co-producer Joe Marchese of The Second Disc who also contributed a comprehensive essay that includes quotes from Barbara J. Harris, Steve Allen, original Spinner Henry Fambrough and Thom Bell; Nick Robbins, for excellent remastering; and Roger Soulsorts Williams for the stellar deluxe artwork and design.

Big ups to Cherry Red Records and to all of our soul music buyers who have made this amazing 7CD set our fastest best-seller to date!
