Onion TV is Australia's only production company that specialises in sports documentary having created and produced over 25 series of television including 'The Code' (8 series), 'Once Upon A Sport' (4 series) and 'The Season' (7 series). SYNOPSIS:
Viewers are taken inside the previously inaccessible environment of the Central Coast Mariners to share the journey of the organization through the 2012-2013 season.

A-League fans! The long awaited story behind the Central Coast Mariners' miraculous two-year journey into Australian football immortality is finally here. 'The Greatest Little Club On Earth' premieres on Paramount+ on 8th November. Produced by Onion TV with support from Central Coast Council, this feature length documentary navigates the highs, lows and the business bottom line of the country's littlest club with the biggest heart. Starring Matt Simon, Nick Montgomery, Shaun Mielekamp, Mark Jackson and Rich Peil, the production promises to dig deep into the business side of operating the competition's only regional club.

Despite a few hiccups (earthquake and plane crash), Onion's final shoot for our Japan U doco series commenced in the chill of the Tokyo winter. Teikyo University narrowly won their semi-final and therefore we march to the Grand Final in a fortnight so all bodes well for a white knuckle conclusion for the story. Good work to the crew on the ground especially .cowles Abby and Paulo.
