I had started my blog, Oxymoronic Duality, several years ago in an effort to make sense of my Bipolar Diagnosis. It sat neglected for long bouts as I focused on posting to my personal Facebook profile and in a myriad of Facebook Groups. Recently, I realized that I had a lot to say about politics, equality, philosophy, dating and relationships, current events, body positivity, mental health, and ma
ny other topics. I hope to make Grow TF Up into a full-fledged Podcast, and as a Private Facebook Group community resource to convey opinions, experiences, revelations, and goals to friends, family, and those who may find solace or guidance in shared stories. The symbol represents unity of a whole while recognizing the dual and often contradictory aspects of our world, others within it, and ourselves. It is my deepest hope to continue to foster unity within myself, unity between communities, and a greater unity between the peoples of our tiny world. That's what lead me to create "Grow TF Up", a podcast community about personal growth and understanding differing points of view with passionate speakers with funny or educational personal stories to share.
