To the mentor who led with wisdom, patience, and care—guiding junior agents like us through our first steps into the industry. You saw potential in all of us, even when we couldn’t see it ourselves. You believed in us when we needed it most, and you pushed us to grow—not just as professionals, but as people.

To the friend who brought so much light and laughter to everyone she met with her quick wit, sharp humor, and perfectly-timed sarcasm. From your jokes, side comments, and sneaky memes to those unforgettable dance moves (a shame if you missed them), you had a way of making even the toughest days brighter.

Patty, you made work feel like anything but work. We always looked forward to our early morning chats or end-of-the-day catch-ups, where we’d talk about anything— work, life, goals. Our collective obsession over Love Island, your love for gory movies, your fun icebreakers, your silly little jokes that would make us laugh so hard we’d cry. Those little things, those Patty-isms, brought so much light and laughter to our days.

You were more than just an agent, a mentor, or a teammate—you were a true friend. You made every problem feel manageable, every goal achievable, and every one of us feel seen and supported. For that, we’ll forever be grateful.

It’s hard to imagine this place without you. The mornings feel quieter, the days a little emptier. But we’ll carry the lessons you taught us, the wisdom you shared, and the love you gave so freely.

Thank you for believing in us, for giving so much of yourself, and for being the best mentor, colleague, and friend.
