Hi everybody!
Let me take you back to 2022. The comeback year after i faced a lot of personal issues in 2021. Being love struck, having serious sleeproblems, feeling depressed, panick attacks, being sick a lot, losing my job and playing the victim for way too long. I had and wanted to change because i was not in control of my life at all. So in 2022 i did nothing else but (solo)travelling, personal development, organising events, adapting a new lifestyle, reading books, listening to podcasts, following workshops and retreats, run a marathon and walked a death trail and eventually changed my environment in 2022.
Here we are. 2023. This year i started joining my first community after i moved back from a couple months New-Zealand. So I had the honour to feel and notice what a community could do to me and others. I learned a lot, i met nice people, i found a way to escape the rat race and i experienced a life changing event. However it was not the right community for me(it's not a one size fits all, remember) i learned some good skills to build content, to improve my socials, still stayed my authentic self, created the money mindset and learned the importance of networking and failing. More and more confidence about what i want, who i am, who i want to have in my life and where i want to go brought me to the next level.
Besides the importance of mental and physical health, what is even more important: consciousness about what you are doing, feeling and understanding your emotions(observe them), energy (what drains and what gives you energy) and having a meaningful life (your inner and outer purpose) so important for me. I always knew i had a mission on planet earth and so the believe in myself and also the believe like minded people in my inner circle have, became bigger and bigger. Point is that all of us are born to win but are programmed to fail. We are so conditioned to play it small, to settle for a life less than the one we are capable of living. To say sorry when we are breathing, to fit in just like everyibody else.. Also to live and act in fear in stead of love, trust and abundance. I reprogrammed myself for succes, no self sabotaging thoughts, litmiting believe and a stronger mindset.
Whatever our character is, whatever our love language is, whatever trauma response we have, whatever mindset.. We can all heal and change it. Ofcourse it's not easy because it's going to take time and energy. You are going to have self-doubts, your environment can react toxic, you are going to face failure, you are going to make a lot of mistakes. You are going to stand a lone and even feel shame sometimes. What if can tell you that these are all the ingredients you need for your personal succes and to reach your destination. And even more important: you will liberate your heart and soul. That's what we truly desire to be liberated frown our own fears and to stand in our light.
Succes is not possible without all of these emotions and outcomes. You are going to embrace everything in your process and know exactly that it is happening for you and not against you. All of it are lessons to see if you are ready to go to the next level.
If you want to experience your personal transformation proces to your road of happiness and to achieve your goals it can all start with changing your health, wealth, environment and planet. But ofcourse you have to start with the basics. Change your mindset and water, i garantuee you will change your life and others.
Remember who you are and that we are all born to shine our beautiful light. The worlds is waiting for you..
