Today, amidst our chaotic world, seek happiness beyond fleeting pleasures. Embrace the Lord's love, transcending materialism. Gratitude flourishes in recognizing life's blessings. Amid adversity, faith offers resilience. Sharing God's love spreads joy. In choosing happiness in the Lord, find profound fulfillment. Reflect on seeking true joy in faith and spirituality.

Reflect today about a flower, for in its delicate bloom lies wisdom profound. Just as a flower blossoms in due time, so too does our life unfold according to divine design. As Saint Therese of Lisieux beautifully said, "I understood that every flower created by Him is beautiful, that the brilliance of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not lessen the perfume of the violet or the sweet simplicity of the daisy." Our uniqueness is our beauty, just as each petal contributes to the splendor of a flower. Saint Francis de Sales reminds us, "Be who you are and be that well." Let us embrace our journey, trusting in God's plan, for as Saint Catherine of Siena declared, "Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire."

Reflect, today, upon the way you pray. Try to change your prayer so that it seeks the good things God wants to bestow rather than the many things you want God to bestow. It may be hard at first to detach from your own ideas and your own will, but in the end, you will be blessed with many good things from God.

*Mass of the day, Preface of Lent*

FIRST READING

“In righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.”
A reading from the Book of Leviticus (Leviticus 19: 1-2. 11- 18)

The LORD said to Moses, “Say to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, you shall be holy; for I the Lord your God am holy. “You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another. And you shall not swear by my name falsely, and so profane the name of your God: I am the Lord. “You shall not oppress your neighbour or rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. You shall not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall fear your God: I am the Lord. “You shall do no injustice in judgement; you shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbour. You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people, and you shall not stand forth against the life of your neighbour: I am the Lord. “You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason with your neighbour, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance or bear any grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbour as yourself: I am the Lord.”
The word of the Lord.

RESPONSORIAL PSALM
Psalm 19:8.9.10.15 (R. John 6:63c)

R/. Your words, O Lord, are Spirit and life.
The law of the Lord is perfect;
it revives the soul.
The decrees of the Lord are steadfast;
they give wisdom to the simple. R/.
The precepts of the Lord are right;
they gladder the heart.
The command of the Lord is clear;
it gives light to the eyes. R/.
The fear of the Lord is pure,
abiding forever.
The judgements of the Lord are true;
they are, all of them, just. R/.
May the spoken words of my mouth,
the thoughts of my heart,
win favour in your sight, O Lord,
my rock and my redeemer! R/.

VERSE BEFORE THE GOSPEL
2 Corinthians 6:2b

Glory and praise to you, O Christ.
Behold, now is the acceptable time, behold, now is the day of salvation.
Glory and praise to you, O Christ.

GOSPEL
“As you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.”
A reading from the holy Gospel according to Matthew (Matthew 25:31-46)

At that time: Jesus said to his disciples, “When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate them one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, and he will place the sheep at his right hand, but the goats at the left. “Then the King will say to those at his right hand, ‘Come, O blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me. ’Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.’ “Then he will say to those at his left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ “Then they also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ Then he will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to me. ’And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

The Gospel of the Lord.

DIVINE APPEAL 25
ON THE EUCHARIST:A DIVINE APPEAL

(Revelation to Sr Anna Ali of the Most Holy Eucharist)

VOLUME 1

“I, Jesus, have personally come to this earth to beg you to change
lives.”

“My daughter, do not fear. Pray a great deal. I
must repose sacramentally in your heart. Every
second you must be all Mine. You must embrace
the whole of humanity. I want your complete
will. The blasphemers, the drugged, the image of the worldly man,
the action of his diabolical spirit brings destruction and ruin. Abused
and crucified, I am in the midst of the people, whipped and spat
upon.

You have only to obey My Will because God, My Eternal Father,
has His designs for you and you must abandon yourself completely.
There is a satanic power which walks...

They are commanded by that legion and they destroy everything that
falls into their hands. Evil has grown and God’s Hand weighs over
their head. The world will be in ruin like the deluge that swallowed
entire nations. Many important people are accomplices; spies who
tumble governments, churches... The time is coming when men will
no longer be listened to. They do not want to listen to the salutory
doctrine but rather follow their own desires.

Rome will be... an immense scourge: it will be worse then Babylon!
The damnation of souls! I, Jesus, have personally come to this earth
to beg you to change lives. In the final hour the earth will tremble
and the world will be darkened with great thunders and flashes of
lightning, floods, mountains that split open. It will destroy bridges
and rapid volcanic eruptions bringing death and ruin. If they repent
and come back, out of My great mercy, I, Jesus, will pardon them
and love them.”

“I bless you.”

DAILY HOLY MASS READINGS

First Sunday of Lent (Purple)

LH: Office of the First Sunday of Lent, Week I

Mass of the First Sunday of Lent, Creed

Preface of the First Sunday of Lent

FIRST READING
God’s covenant with Noah, delivered from the waters of the flood.
A reading from the Book of Genesis (Genesis 9:8-15)

God said to Noah and to his sons with him, “behold, I establish my covenant with you and your descendants after you, and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark. I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.” And God said, “this is the sign of the covenant which I make between me and you every living creature that is with you, for all future generations: I set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.”

The word of the Lord.

RESPONSORIAL PSALM
Ps 25:4-5ab.6 and 7bc. 8-9 (R. cf. 10)

R/. All your paths, O Lord, are mercy and faithfulness,
for those who keep your covenant.

O Lord, make me know your ways.
Teach me your paths.
Guide me in your truth, and teach me;
For you are the God of my salvation. R/.

Remember your compassion, O Lord,
And your merciful love,
For they are from of old.
In your merciful love remember me,
Because of your goodness, O Lord. R/.

Good and upright is the Lord;
He shows the way to sinners.
He guide the humble in right judgement;
To the humble he teaches his way. R/.

SECOND READING
“Baptism now saves you.”
A reading from the Letter of Saint Peter (1 Peter 3:18-22)

Beloved: Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit; in which he went and preached to the spirits in prison, who formerly did not obey, when God’s patience waited in the days of Noah, during the building of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were saved through water baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a clear conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him.

The word of the Lord.

VERSE BEFORE THE GOSPEL
Matthew 4:4b

Glory and praise to you, O Christ.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

Glory and praise to you, O Christ.

GOSPEL
“He was tempted by satan, and the angels ministered to him.”
A reading from the holy Gospel according to Mark (Mark 1:12-15)

At that time: the spirit drove Jesus out into the wilderness. And he was in the wilderness forty days, tempted by satan; and he was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered to him. Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of God, and saying, “the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the Gospel.”

The Gospel of the Lord.
