Circolo Popolare, from restaurant group Big Mamma, has launched in Madrid. This marks the Italian concept’s third location, joining outposts in London and Paris. In-house design team, Studio Kiki, created a spacious yet cozy dining experience across the vibrant, two-floor space.

A retro-futuristic journey on the ground floor welcomes guests, with a “Ciao” sign preserved from a 1970s Procida theater and Saarinen-inspired furniture. Olivetti artworks and issues of Domus magazine from the 1950s adorn the walls. On the second floor, more than 2,000 vintage bottles illuminate the walls, while the floors, chairs, and benches are wrapped in a total of more than 650 feet of leopard print fabric.

The Moxy Banff has made its debut in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Developed in partnership with , the hotel occupies a 1964-constructed building that was Banff’s first motor hotel, the Voyager Inn.

With architecture by .studio and interiors from , the property pays homage to its historic architecture and local roots. Its bold midcentury design features expansive rundle stone walls and distinct precast guest wings that flank the lobby lounge and Bar Moxy. Maintaining the bones of the structure ensured the Banff staple remained part of the town’s landscape, and also resulted in a more sustainable renovation.

Moxy Banff boasts 109 guestrooms wrapped in a no-frills retro ski aesthetic, including some featuring double bunks, end-to-end beds, or kitchenettes.

Hotel Henrietta, a five-story, 40-key property, has debuted in the heart of uptown New Orleans—the first ground-up hotel project in 30 years on St. Charles Avenue. With architecture and interior design by local firm .farouki, the boutique hotel employs a fresh take on the neighborhood’s historic architecture, with stepped arched openings, oversized balconies, and an eclectic mix of custom furniture.

Guests are invited into a reception area where a large marble island serves as the check-in desk, café counter, and cocktail bar. This space opens to the lobby with a wood ceiling, decorative millwork, and multiple seating areas with upholstered banquettes. Hotel Henrietta includes a range of guestroom layouts, many with in-room kitchenettes, along with balconies on every floor.

The Greek island of Santorini has welcomed Santo Mine. Located on the site of a former pumice stone mine, the 37-suite hotel from the Santo Collection incorporates the natural landscape throughout its design, brought to life by Greek firm .architecture, marrying traditional Cycladic architecture with elements that nod to the region’s volcanic mining history.

The façade of dark, jagged volcanic rocks cascades down a cliff toward the Aegean Sea, while the simple off-white suites are tucked into the rocks’ natural contour lines. The interiors of the suites are inspired by the colors and textures found in Santorini’s volcanic soil, and feature volcanic rock illuminated on the walls, copper-toned nightstands, and stone sinks.

New York-based designer crafted Andra Hem—which translates to “second home” in Swedish—based on the narrative of a fictitious Swedish immigrant operating a B&B. Housed in a four-story prewar structure in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square, Andra Hem is an inviting hybrid concept comprising a cocktail microbar on its lower levels and a pair of suites above.

Located in Santa Rosa, California, the 170-room Flamingo Resort communicates the evolution of the motor hotel and American midcentury cultural influences with its fresh design by

A Gold Key Awards finalist in the Midscale Hotel category, art is integrated throughout and includes vintage and modern photos, prints, paintings, and commissioned pieces. A custom light fixture in the lobby plays off a tropical feel with palm leaves, pompous grass, and foxtails, a reference to the resort's iconic era and the agriculture of the area.

Inspired by supper clubs prevalent among the Hollywood elite in the 1930s, '40s and '50s, Delilah is a glamorous mélange of design references and elements, meant to encapsulate the Golden Age of entertainment once found in Las Vegas.

As you enter the bar, rich lacquered woods and semi-precious stone inlays abound, accented by exotic animal prints, velvets, brass palm trees, and Streamline Moderne design details.

Delilah was the Nightclub/Bar winner of the 42nd Gold Key Awards 🔑
