This was organic oat groats + buckwheat. Soaked for 24th before mixing the batter for optimal nutrient absorption and digestion. 2. 🍫Healthy Homemade Chocolates🍫 Recipe👇🏻 Have u ever made my chocolates before? (P.S. This recipe is NEW!) INGREDIENTS: ▪️1 c cacao butter ▪️1/2 c raw coconut butter ▪️1/2 c unrefined coconut oil ▪️1/4 c coconut sugar ▪️2 c fermented cacao (or raw cacao powder) ▪️3 tbsp raw honey ▪️dash of vanilla extract ▪️dash of almond extract ▪️pinch of unrefined salt HOW TO: ▪️melt cacao butter, coconut oil, and coconut butter. While heat is low, Add coconut sugar. Add cacao powder. ▪️add the raw honey. Try not to heat the chocolate so that it’s too hot, but it needs to be hot to the touch. Add salt. ▪️add vanilla and almond extract. The mixture will thicken once you do this. ▪️keep whisking until thick and you’re ready to pour into chocolate trays. ▪️pour into chocolate trays that are on a baking sheet. ▪️Transfer to freezer. They are ready when set - about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to fridge. I hope you enjoy and love these as much as I do!! 2 ingredient Orange Gummies - Easy and quick! Recipe 👇🏻 ▪️2 Cups freshly squeezed orange juice ▪️4 tbsp grass fed gelatin How To: ▪️add gelatin to the orange juice in pan and allow to bloom for a few minutes before turning on heat. ▪️whisk after blooming. Then turn on heat to low and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. ▪️pour into a parchment lined dish and place in fridge until firm. Doesn’t take long! ▪️cut into pieces and store in container. The best thing I did was build this mobile chicken run! I move it daily so my chickens get fresh pasture EVERY day. The quality of my eggs compared to pasture raised eggs from the store are is on another level. The egg shells are incredibly hard, compared to store bought that crumble. The yolks are deep orange compared to pale yellow. The chickens run out every morning to the end of the chicken run, which wraps behind my garden beds and all the way back to the enclosed coop area. They are so excited to catch that early worm and bask in the morning sunlight. During the day, they prefer to hang out in the shade behind the boxes. Towards the late afternoon, they come out again and start pecking away.
