Psy Captains,

After keeping a close eye on the game and seeing no signs of connectivity troubles for several days, we're thrilled to declare this chapter of disruptions officially closed!

1️⃣ No More Global Connectivity Issues
We're pleased to share that our collaboration with our server provider has been a success, with no widespread connectivity issues in recent days (though, a heads up, players previously experiencing individual connectivity problems might still encounter them, as those are separate issues).
This step forward means our development team can shift focus to other important tasks like bug fixes and rolling out a new authentication system. Stay tuned for next week's "In the Works" article, where we'll dive into what the team has on the drawing board.

2️⃣ Addressing Ongoing Issues
While we're over the moon about overcoming the main hurdle, we haven't lost sight of other ongoing issues, such as:

— PvP instability: We're on it and will tackle it in due time;
— Incubator bug: A tough nut to crack affecting a few Psy Captains, yet it’s a top priority since it prevents their interaction with the Incubator.
— Missing event missions: For those missing event missions, here's a temporary fix
➡️ switch your game's language and stay on the main screen for a few minutes. If that doesn't work, try another language switch. If successful, missions should appear, allowing you to switch back without losing them. It's a stopgap, but we're working on a smoother, lasting fix.
