Our Story

Midnight Groove is Elliot Hingston & Zebb Dempster, a production / DJ duo based in Bristol, UK. With a fondness for warm, organic sound design and percussion driven polyrhythms that translates into both their productions & mixes, Midnight Groove has thus far released through Top Pocket Records (UK) & Beats of No Nation (AUS).

Inspiration for the duo is drawn from wide variety of wonderful people, amongst them Jamie Tiller, John Gomez & Tornado Wallace. Their releases have picked up support from some lovely folk, including Laurence Guy, Austin Ato, Ben Gomori, Krywald & Farrer & Jad & The, with features on Rinse FM, Turned On, Mixmag & Stamp The Wax.
