Texas Country Network Names Zakk United New President of Content Creation and Programming

CARTHAGE, TEXAS (January 22, 2024) – The Texas Country Network, powered by the Texas Country Music Association announced today that they have assigned Zakk United as President of Content Creation and Programming effective immediately.

TCMA President Linda Wilson states, “I’m excited that Zakk United has taken on the title and responsibilities of President of Content and Programming at Texas Country Network. Zakk will be heading up all operations for the network and we’re sure with his experience in the Texas Country Music Industry and media broadcasting he will advance TXCN to a whole new level and beyond.”

Zakk United, well known for his long-standing positions as an on-air broadcast personality is no newcomer to the Texas music scene. Zakk’s current role in broadcasting is on-air personality for KVST 99.7 FM KSTAR Country. Zakk is also a co-host along with Drew Mitchell and Harley Ray on the popular podcast, Texas Music Reviews.

This will be ongoing not just during the holidays. Also taking donations of musical instruments to give these young people. The VIP Wristbands will gain you entrance into the VIP Lounge located in the Guitar Bar inside Billy Bob's where only Artists, Finalists and Sponsors can enter. There will be live entertainment, food and a cash bar. The VIP Wristbands do not include a ticket to the Awards show so you will need to already have a ticket to purchase the wristbands.
