3 reasons why your muscles are not growing:
1. If you want your muscles to grow you need to work close to failure. It does not matter how many reps you will do, as long as your last rep is a struggle your muscles will grow :)
2. If you are lifting the same weight for years don’t be surprised why you don’t see any results. You need to constantly make your workouts harder overtime, by adding resistance, increasing reps, or (ideally) weight that you are lifting.
3. Girls, if you don’t eat enough your glutes, or any muscles will not grow. Your muscles need food to grow! So feed them if you want them bigger 💪
