I Hate My Village “Nevermind The Tempo” is out now! The italian supergroup feat members of Verdena, Bud Spencer Blues Explosion, Jennifer Gentle and Calibro 35 is back. Recorded at Big Tree by our spicy Marco Fasolo and produced by the whole band, mixed by Marco and Alberto Ferrari. Mastered by our crispy Riccardo Zamboni.

“Endless Beat”, the new album by Faz Waltz, is out on February 24! Here are some photos of the sessions at the Big Tree Studio. Fully recorded on analog tape by Marco Fasolo and Brown Barcella, it captures a raw and dirty 50s R’n’R vibe. Mixed by Brown and mastered by Riccardo Zamboni.

We started recording these live gigs in 2019 just for fun. Then the Punk Rock Raduno live series became what it is now: a legacy of vinyl prints that have supported this incredible festival throughout the years and showcased some iconic performances. Brown Barcella is responsible for FOH, rec and mix (except for Giuda, mixed by Danilo Silvestri). Mastered by Riccardo Zamboni (Ric Zambly).

Miss Chain and The Broken Heels “Storms”.
Back in 2018 the original concept by Riccardo, who produced the album, was to blend the band’s classic Garage/Power-Pop sound with The Pretenders, Blondie, 80s pop vibes and hints of Americana Folk. Recorded and mixed by Brown, Alessio and Riccardo over the course of different years (before we even started to exist as Strepitoso :)) it embodies our first true collaboration, inside TUP Studio. Federico Laini then added some layers and magic during the last round, in his studio Emporio Fonomeccanico. Mastered by Ric, we consider this more than a record: it’s a story of friendship and never letting go of what you love, despite hard times.

This album is the first drum-recording session that Brown did at Big Tree Studio! Everything else was recorded by Michele (FREEZ singer/songwriter) at home, then sent back to us for mix and mastering. A really cool way to work on a record these days if you want to save some money and take your time for doing it properly (if you know what you’re doing, of course 😆).�The result is a collection of songs tinted by an elusive indie/pop/punk light with a fresh college attitude. Mixed by Brown Barcella and mastered by Riccardo Zamboni Ric Zambly.

Bee Bee Sea “Day Ripper”. This is one of the first sessions the three of us worked on together as a team. An album recorded at T.U.P. Studio which brought the band from Castel Goffredo to the BBC Radio UK, and pleasing Iggy Pop’s ears! Recorded and mixed by Brown Barcella & Alessio Lonati, mastered by Riccardo Zamboni.
