I know I’m a few days late with this post, but you guys have clearly been paying attention. We’ve sold a bunch of these already. So, Finally, after multiple delays including one whole ass name change, we are PROUD to present the pre-order for the new one sided 12” EP from called “Cortex Marks The Spot”. Available from us in the U.S. and in the UK. Here’s what had to say about the band and the record:

“You know when you hear a new band and they absolutely kick you in the arse (in the best way possible)?
Manchester’s BLAGGED were exactly that band when I first saw them in a sweaty windowless room in Liverpool on the hottest day of 2023. Delivering a tightly honed set of warp-speed melodic punk with hooks for days and energy levels that defied the sweltering heat of the room, I knew immediately I wanted to put a record out with them.
Here we are, about 18 months later, on one of the wettest days of 2024 and that record is available for pre-order. A 5 track EP titled “Cortex Marks The Spot” that captures the band’s energy perfectly and highlights exactly what it is that drew me to them in the first place. So please, take a few minutes out of your day or weekend and listen to BLAGGED.
There are 2 vinyl variants. 118 copies on mustard vinyl and 165 on yellow/black split colour vinyl. These are available from either BRASSNECK RECORDS in the UK or RAD GIRLFRIEND RECORDS in the US for a release date of Jan 3rd 2025.
Tapes are also available from CAT’S CLAW RECORDS (UK) and CDs from NO REASON RECORDS (Italy)”

The Kilograms, a newly formed supergroup, bring together seasoned musicians from the punk, ska, and reggae scenes for a compelling debut 2-song 7” release on Rad Girlfriend Records. The band features Joe Gittleman from The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Gittleman’s deep roots in ska are a driving force in The Kilograms’ sound. Joining him is Michael McDermott on drums (The Bouncing Souls, Joan Jett), which provides a solid backbone for the band’s rhythmic foundation. The Kilograms’ lineup also includes Sammy Kay, a singer-songwriter with a rich history in the ska and reggae scenes. Kay’s vocals bring a smooth, soulful element to the band’s music, adding depth and melody that complements the group’s instrumental prowess. Rounding out the band is Cincy stalwart Jay Duckworth on guitar.
