1. Grass-fed Beef (red meat)
2. Wild caught fatty fish
3. Shellfish
4. Organic pasture-raised eggs
5. Leafy greens
6. Herbal spices - e.g. garlic, onions, basil, sage, thyme, etc.

Did you know that:

* A gram of fat has twice the amount of energy than a gram of carbohydrate or protein.

* Fat is your body’s preferred energy source

* Ultra processed foods (like fast foods, low fat foods) have no micronutrients, forcing your body to store them as fat instead of converting them to energy or tissue. That is the root cause of obesity.

* Fats from natural Whole Foods like avocado, nuts, olives, animal fat, etc. do not raise your insulin but leaves you twice as energetic

* Fat is very satiating and tasty too

Fat is not the enemy, it is sugar!
