Yes the changes are already affect us humans.
It is because the Earths frequensies is rising so fast now and that affect us too.
We kind of have to try to do our best it's a big evolution for humanity.
But don't rush.
We rise in the time when we are ready to do so.
Even if we sometimes now can feel a little bit of pressure.
Because if we do our best well that's pretty much enough.
Because these things can not be forced even if we have that feeling within us now.
I feel it as a big exitment and a kind of expectasions within me.
But that's me.

One of my memes I still love very much because it reminds me about that there is always both dark and light and they can be beautiful together .
It is so wonderful standing outside my cottage in Sweden in a winther night looking up into the sky.
The Stars are shining so bright and the dark sky and night do not seems scary at all to me.
To me they are like a big warm hug showing me the beautiful stars.
Sorrounding me and make me feel safe.
This is so amazingly magical.
Me standing there alone watching the whole endless Universe.
I am so tiny the Universe huge still I am a part of it all.
I can stand there for hours until my neck tell me it is enough.
The Stars show me the way to Universe and without the dark sky I could not see the Stars.
So I embrace both of them.
This magic is such an amazing experience and it is for Free as the most precious things in life is for me.
If you never have tried to stand in the night and gaze at the Stars I just can say TRY IT!
And be amazed.

When we meet a person and the feeling that we have know the person we meet forever.

As I got many questions about jumping up and down in dimensions I will try to make it a bit more understandable for us.
For now we work with 3D-4D-5D.
There are many more but this is what most of us can handle for now.
And when we have reached a higher dimension we CAN NOT go back to a lower dimension.
And why should we want to go back to the struggles darkness in a lower dimension even if we could.
And do it all over again.
No.
And the fact is we can't do that.
When our frequensies have risen to a higher level or dimension we can't lower them again.
And as I wrote who would ever want to do so?
