111. My favorite Photoshoot of all time was when I had the opportunity to photograph an Indian wedding. It was just breathtaking. I hope I can find those photos so share some with you!

222. I was just diagnosed with ADHD at 23 years old, which explains why I rotate between art mediums CONSTANTLY. it’s a love hate relationship 😂 I’m ALWAYS wanting to try something new! (Resin art, I’m coming for you! I need ur help!!!😂💗)

333. My mom and my grandfather are two of the most influential people in my life. Growing up, my mom was a freelance makeup artist and she is SO talented🔥 My grandfather ended up being the CEO of multiple companies and worked his ass off. The creative energy from my mom mixed with the business hustle of my grandfather lit me on fire and inspired me to follow my dreams, regardless of how hard I have to work for it.

Hey hey it’s Tay! As I share some funky self portrait edits, I’m gonna share 5 random facts about me for the next three days! Leave some random facts about you in the comments so we can all get to know each other 🥰

1. I’ve loved art since I was really young. One of my family famous sculptures is a married couple (representing my grandparents) I made probably in preschool out of recycled water bottles, toilet paper rolls and a few other random things. We love a sustainable queen 😂

2, I’m a published poet! I absolutely love writing and journaling!

3. I’m here for any video game that has to do with zombies. Or crash bandicoot lol.

4. I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression and just mental health in general since middle school. Therapy saved my life 1000%. Creative outlets are a MUST. Breath work is key for panic attacks. The rest is all a mystery, but a work in progress😂

5. I’m absolutely obsessed with making people happy. I make a conscious effort to compliment someone everywhere I go. I love hyping people up and making them believe in themselves and see their own light the way I do.

Trippin ✨

While making these intuitive watercolor kaleidoscope designs, I thought it would be super fun to play around with some graphic designs I’ve been wanting to try! These melting smiley faces are so fun looking and I’m excited to keep practicing this smudging technique!

It is mental heal awareness month! ✨

The last few months have been a struggle for me, and usually these episodes cause me to shut down creatively. BUT, I decided to really lean in to the rollercoaster of emotions I’ve been experiencing and bring them to life visually through my art.

I have been working on a mixed media collection centered around this theme that will be released on May 28th! I’m nervous but mostly excited to see how others resonate.

My goal is to make anyone who struggles with mental health feel seen. Visuals express things in a way that words never seem to.

🎨 I created this abstract piece with watercolor and a kaleidoscope and I love how it turned out. Gonna share a tutorial soon!
