2024 COMPLETED IT ✅

What a way to end the year with record attendees… 60+ 🤩📈

This year we’ve met some many wonderful people we never in a million years thought it was going to grow the way it has and we truly are blessed. We have some huge plans for 2025 including a tone of podcasts, family events, hikes and more Friday morning Walks.

Our aim is and will always to be to get people talking and build a community of people who have had past issues or going through life struggles. Getting out in the fresh air and walking and talking really does help that mind and it’s certainly helped us at our low points this year. So if you do want to join us please come along in January or whenever you feel ready because you will not regret it. 💯

🎄FESTIVE FRIDAY🎄

The saying “Save the best till last” well today we had everything from the furthest route to a bit of mud 👀😂

If you wasn’t part of that walk, you wouldn’t understand what we went through at 6:00am and put it this way Dave’s name was literally mud this morning due to muddy trainers, wet feet, muddy pants and even a few fallers 😂😂😂 BUT it was all fun and games and we’ll continue the day with a smile on our faces (eventually) 👀😂

And just like that the Friday morning walks for 2024 are done!! What a year it’s been we genuinely can not thank you guys enough for the support and we promise you now 2025 will be even better!! The community we’re building is very special and we want more and more people to be part of it.

Incredible turn out yet again despite the cold and windy weather. We keep saying it but we are blown away 🥺

We want to build a community of people and we’re doing that week on week and today was a prime example… kindly agreed to make a £5 donation towards in May. Stu and Kath have kindly donated all the money spent this morning which was an amount of £217.50… The generosity and kindness is special. 👏🏽❤️

FRIDAYS LOCATION

Come and join us this Friday as WalkandTalk turns 1️⃣ 🤯

As always 6:00am Start 7:00am Finish 🫡

It’s Been an unbelievable 12 months we’ve met fantastic people and gained new friendships and developed friendships for others and our purpose has always been to get people talking about the struggles, issues they have/ had and we are achieving that week on week and we can not wait for the next 12 months as we have plans to get more and more people involved.

We’re also pleased to announce that we will be linking up with this Friday for a Birthday special….

After the walk you are able to get a Coffee and Bacon Butty for £10…. £5 goes towards if you haven’t yet seen the details please do. Harvey has been attending our walks for a number of weeks now and we’re supporting Harvey in May 2025.

🚨 Please note it may be muddy in areas so please wear the correct footwear & due to light bring a torch if you have one 🚨

One word to sum up yesterday….. INCREDIBLE

We’re honestly blown with the day and night. To see so many people turn up and just have fun is exactly what the day was about. A few special thank yous firstly to .driscoll from great to have you and the guys down been part of our day.

Special thank you to all the pubs that hosted us, excellent service considering the number of people and we hope you guys enjoyed us been there 💯
