The last turn out last time was amazing to see so many regulars and new faces!! The walk is around 6km which will take not much longer than 1 hour and it’s all flat so it’s nothing strenuous what so ever. So come along whether it’s by yourself, with family, with friends or with a pet. Either way you’ll have a fantastic walk 💯👊🏽

About the walk… it will last around 1hr 30. Fairly flat ground, prams not ideal if raining. May be muddy in areas but mainly paved paths. Dog friendly and a lovely cafe / park to finish at once we’ve done the walk.

So come along, we’ve had a fantastic turn out on our latest family and friend’s walk, very light hearted, meet new people and talk about what ever you like. 💯🙌🏽

Friday morning Coffee club ☕️

A lovely turn out this morning and good to have some new faces in attendance. Not the usual Friday but we’ve made good of a bad situation 💯👊🏽

A special mention to Caz and Delia who kindly agreed to open up extra early for us. Going above and beyond, you can not beat kindness 💯♥️

We’re hopefully back to our walks next Friday morning, location will be posted Tuesday.

2024 COMPLETED IT ✅

What a way to end the year with record attendees… 60+ 🤩📈

This year we’ve met some many wonderful people we never in a million years thought it was going to grow the way it has and we truly are blessed. We have some huge plans for 2025 including a tone of podcasts, family events, hikes and more Friday morning Walks.

Our aim is and will always to be to get people talking and build a community of people who have had past issues or going through life struggles. Getting out in the fresh air and walking and talking really does help that mind and it’s certainly helped us at our low points this year. So if you do want to join us please come along in January or whenever you feel ready because you will not regret it. 💯
