1.1 million is just a number. But at the “Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away” exhibit at t he Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, it brings that number to life. Approximately 1.1 million people sent to Auschwitz were mercilessly murdered at the complex. This exhibit, as horrifying as it is touching, puts faces and names to the unimaginable tragedy.

Visiting this exhibit was not easy, but it was an experience I am immensely grateful for. The emotions stirred within me were overwhelming, but they were accompanied by a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunity to bear witness to history.
If you find yourself in the Los Angeles area, I implore you to take the time to visit and immerse yourself in this exhibition. It runs until August 13, 2023.

This is the ONLY time this exhibition will be on the West Coast
