Unconformist Radio Pop-up radio station broadcasting on the AM band during the Unconformity festival in Queenstown Tasmania, from 14-16 October 2016.

Unconformist Radio 7UN is a pop-up radio station broadcasting on the AM band during the Unconformity in Queenstown Tasmania, from 14-16 October 2016.

7UN will provide an immersive sonic background to the festival through music, soundscapes, news, interviews, and talk, involving and celebrating the unique community of Queenstown. Listeners can access the station during the festival via their car s

tereo, bedside radio, and in special valve-driven 'wireless hotspots' located around town.

7UN is produced by David Patman, Michelle Boyde, Matt Warren and Miyuki Jokiranta. This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body, and is supported through Arts Tasmania by the Minister for the Arts.
