Bisme Radio is deeply concerned about the recent developments involving three Singaporean men who were self-radicalized online, driven by their exposure to the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. These individuals, misguided by online extremist content, prepared to engage in violence. This highlights the dangers of misinformation and the misuse of religious teachings.

We urge our community to remain vigilant and informed. At Bisme Radio, we emphasize the need for accurate religious education and the promotion of peace. We stand with the authorities to maintain our nation’s security and social harmony.

While facing these challenges, we must turn to the Quran for guidance. Surah Al-Ankabut (29:69): " _And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good_ ." teaches us that true struggle, or Jihad, is about living a righteous life and doing good deeds, not about physical conflict. It is a reminder to focus on positive actions and personal growth to build peace and understanding in our community.

Let’s work together to prevent extremism and preserve the peaceful coexistence of all communities in Singapore. Together, we can ensure that Singapore remains a harmonious and secure home for all.
