*Throughout the course of the day, we have been able to learn additional information about this morning’s potential attempted abduction. The car is a black Audi, 4-door sedan with dark tinted windows, a roof rack and a Colorado license plate. The driver is described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, with graying hair and a mustache.
The incident is believed to have occurred in the 23000 block of Bay Oaks Avenue, near Cimarron Middle School. If you have any information about this incident or the driver, please contact Detective White at 303-805-6543 or [email protected]

***We have completed a canvass of the area and continue to look for the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing, and we will continue to work on all leads. Secure status has been lifted for all five Douglas County Schools.***
Looking for a Vehicle in Potential Attempted Abduction
The Parker Police Department needs your help locating a vehicle involved in a potential attempted abduction this morning. A Frontier Valley Elementary School, 23919 Canterberry Pkwy, student reported to a staff member that a man with gray hair in a black Audi sedan approached and began talking to the student. The student was not harmed, ran to school and reported the incident shortly before 9:00 a.m.
Legend High School, Cimarron Middle School and Frontier Valley, Iron Horse and Pioneer Elementary Schools are currently in Secure status as a precautionary measure. Parker patrol units are canvassing the neighborhood, looking for the vehicle. The schools will remain in Secure status until officers find the car or the canvas is complete.
