Very important message for our EU friends and customers, courtesy of Ian Hawgood at Home Normal (thanks Ian!). If a customs agent tries to charge you extra customs tax despite having the IOSS number on the attached CN22 customs label, point them to the IOSS number and tell them you've already paid your taxes in advance via Bandcamp. It's expensive enough to send packages to the EU, without all of this customs nonsense... pull down the flag, I say!
