Second attempt at something I’ve had in mind for years (last time got cancelled due to illness). It’s simply a fun evening together watching a legendary movie (Spinal Tap) and a documentary (Anvil), with some drinks and snacks. These two films have made a huge impression on pretty much every metalhead. So whether you’ve already seen them or not, just come by, enjoy, laugh and drink with friends or new faces.

Pleasure guaranteed 😁🤘🥳

Good to know: a week later the brand-new Spinal Tap 2 will hit the cinemas!!

We are thinking of releasing a live album (vinyl) with some of the tracks of the live gig at NH Metalfest SE last year in november (see visual). So with a couple of songs of each band. Maybe even a double album. Limited run.

Laatste band die we aankondigen is de old school death metal band Condolence. Hun nieuwe plaat Dying staat hoog in de metallijsten van Nederland en tikt elke box van true death metal aan. Kieken moar dus!

Vierde band op NH Metalfest is het Italiaans Nederlandse Aran Angmar. Zware Metalen zegt er het volgende over;
De heren serveren hun black metal helder en clean met veel aandacht voor melodie, in de stijl van Dissection en Dimmu Borgir (maar dan zonder de toetsenpartijen) terwijl er af en toe ook een scheut Septicflesh en Rotting Christ voorbij komt: Maahes zal er toch mee besmet zijn geraakt tijdens het opgroeien. Zanger/bassist Seth Siron Anton van Septicflesh verzorgde overigens de coverart van het album waar Noord en Zuid-Europa dus mooi samenkomen.
Black Metal zoals het hoort te klinken. Luister ook zeker hun vorig jaar uitgebrachte plaat Atavism & Dying Stars. Dat klinkt meer dan retevet! 🤘
