MacBook Pro M2 Dual Monitor Issue: Need Help with Setup Troubleshooting!
Hi everyone! I’m facing an issue with my dual monitor setup not working with my MacBook Pro M2 (13-inch) running macOS 15.2 Sequoia. Here’s an overview of my setup:
• MacBook Pro M2
• LG 27UP850N (4K monitor)
• Samsung S27R356FH
• Ivanky Fusion Dock Max1 (supports dual monitors up to 4K or single monitor at 6K)
• Keyboard/Mouse: L10PRO and Logitech wireless setup
• Other Devices: Canon 90D, sound devices, etc.

I’ve tried connecting everything properly, but the monitors aren’t displaying as expected. My dock is capable of handling dual monitors, so I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.

It feels awkward when you have to email a potential Ph.D. supervisor, only to realize that you’re older than the professor you’re reaching out to. This is why I always say, if you want to pursue a Ph.D., do it on time! The landscape is changing, and now even supervisors as young as 28 or 30 are out there in the market. So, don’t delay your academic journey, or you might find yourself in the ironic situation of being older than your mentor.

Hello everyone,

I just want to address an important issue that I’ve noticed—racism in China—which seems to be becoming more and more normalized. We all know that racism is not just morally wrong but also a crime against humanity and an abuse of human rights.

In the realm of employment, how can discrimination be so blatant and shameless? I’ve come across countless absurd job postings that make it clear that if this continues, China will inevitably draw the attention of international law, and the consequences will be felt. If China is classified as a place with systemic racism, it will affect how the world views the country, and this may impact how Chinese citizens are treated abroad.

How is it acceptable to hire someone from an English-speaking African country but pay them significantly less than someone from Russia or Ukraine, simply because of their skin color? Similarly, Pakistanis face hardship when it comes to finding ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching jobs because of their brown skin, even if they are qualified and fluent English speakers. How can someone from South Africa be treated unfairly just because they are Black, while a Russian is favored because they are white? Even Black Americans or Black British people are struggling to find employment despite being native English speakers, while candidates from the Philippines or Russia are given preference.

This trend has been going on for years, and it’s time to acknowledge that racism is not okay. Those perpetuating it need to be called out.

By the way, I’m from Pakistan, a brown person, and I’m speaking out because this needs to change.
