Here on episode 13 we have special guest Rachael Jamison.

When it comes to Mental Health, her philosophy is to Get Back to Basics! As she has learned from her own lived experience, as well as through working with thousands of patients, prioritizing basic needs, like sleep, movement, hormone health, and nutrition, means utilizing a holistic, whole body approach to support mental wellness needs; when coupled with Talk Therapy, it can greatly increase the chances of being able to live the most balanced life possible. As a double Board licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Therapist, (with a graduate Certificate in Gerontology), she has provided supportive Therapy services in a variety of settings, exposing me to an array of Wellness issues--from traditional Mental Health concerns to life transitions, relationships, grief, etc. She is currently accepting new patients and would welcome the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey!
