Welcome

His history is his resume, which has brought him to this current moment in time. He suffered a decade of drug addiction, battled severe mental health and attempted to take his life more than once. He spent a lot of time in dark places where no light shone, copious amounts of money spent on addiction and a huge loss of self worth thrown into the mix. He was not in a good place.

Fast forward to now, many years of soul searching, making better choices, having a spiritual awakening, meditating, nurturing his body and so much more. What simply started as showing up on a social media platform sharing his experiences and knowledge of what has helped him, has now spread to thousands of lives all across the globe, which in turn has shown him how many souls are wanting to better their own lives and beat the demons they are currently facing.

Anna Symonds is a plant medicine advocate and retired Women's Premier League rugby player whose 20 year playing career includes championships in the US and Australia. She also competed in amateur mixed martial arts. Anna is the Executive Director of the nonprofit which helps to fund research on plant medicine treatments for opioid use disorder. She is active with several other nonprofits including , the , and the .

I (Mel) was lucky enough to see Anna speak on a panel about psychedelics and elite performance at the Psychedelic Science 2023 conference. Given my experience I was immediately drawn to walk up and at least say hello, and now we’re here. here.
