Wow… what a weekend that was! 🥹🥳

Thank you for inviting me to demo at your booth 🧡🦊 Always so much fun to hang out, and I just love being able to teach this game which has brought me so much over the past few years!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to sit down and play or stand and chat, it’s an honour to meet you all. I’m forever blown away by your kind words and support for the game, and I hope to be able to keep meeting many more of you 🙏🥰

Thank you to for your support! It was great to spend time with Rob and Rory this weekend, truly excellent people, and I can’t wait to hang out again in a few weeks at the play creators awards in London 🤞🎉

Thank you for putting on another excellent event, I do truly feel like they just keep getting better each year, and learning from what worked well or not so well in previous years. Even at the height of business on Saturday, there were only a couple of really busy streets, despite the 50,000+ attendees! Incredible 🙌🤓

Hope everyone is getting some good rest, and if you travelled from afar then safe journeys to all 🫡🧡

Can’t quite believe that Tenby continues to do so well within the gaming community 🥹🙏

Right from the start, this was a homegrown project, and finding hundreds of backers for the project was an incredible experience and achievement. Now to see the game go truly worldwide and receive such positivity is so far out of the scope of the original idea, the mix of emotions on hearing the news that Tenby has now also brought me a personal nomination for best new designer in the annual game awards is utterly astounding 🤯🙏 mind truly blown.

All I can do is thank everyone who believed in the project from the beginning, and to thank everyone who has since tried out the game. I’m indebted to you all!

Thank you also to for believing in the game and for taking a chance on me 🧡🙏

I can’t wait to bring you my new ideas soon, but for now, a moment of appreciation and celebration is in order 🥳🙌

⚓️ Absolutely crazy to see that Tenby is number 6 in the BGG board game hotness list today! 🔥🤯 My mind is now well and truly blown!

⚓️ Thank you again to everyone who made this project possible, and thank you now to all of the folks who have supported the game more recently! I’m so overjoyed that this little Welsh town’s namesake game is being enjoyed by so many folks across the world! Really a dream come true 🧡🙏

🦊 One week on from UKGE 🦊

🦊 After getting back from the show, I feel like I haven’t stopped! The response from folks about Tenby has been overwhelming, and I’ve been fielding orders and requests every day 🤯🔥

🦊 There were many great bits of the show, but the very best part for me was getting to meet people who backed the game. Being able to thank people personally was just such a great joy for me. It is solely due to backers of the campaign that Tenby is in the position it is today. I can’t thank you enough, and I’m so glad that I got to meet so many of you 🧡🧡 Thank you, wonderful backers!

🦊 The other best bit was getting to spend the weekend with this lot in the picture! This is my DnD crew, and although we spend a lot of time together, for most of that time we are pretending to be other people! UKGE was a great opportunity to spend time together in another context, and to share a crazy experience together as a team 🧡🧡 Thank you, excellent friends!

🦊 Lastly, the exposure that Tenby received over the weekend wasn’t just luck, it was also down to the people who made a noise about it and told others to come find us. We were flat out all weekend long, and that’s down to some beautiful humans who felt compelled to support a small indie game 🧡🧡 Thank you, generous supporters!

🦊 I’m very excited about what the future holds, and can’t wait to see where Tenby ends up. Have a great week, everybody 🙌🙏

🦊 UKGE 2025 Day 4: Sunday | And relax…?

🦊 What an awesome final day of the convention. Again we were non stop from start to finish, with so many folks continuing to come up and play and want to get a copy of Tenby 🙏 As a result, we are now running a direct order service, so if you’re interested in getting a copy then please email [email protected] to let us know!

🦊 We even got the chance to playtest one of my prototype ideas, which got some great feedback - thank you for taking the time to play! and others were super kind about it, and I can’t wait to play it again 🤓🔥

🦊 I want to take the opportunity to thank all of my DnD crew who helped out on the stall this weekend. You were all amazing, thank you for giving up your weekend to come help out, you’re all stars each and every one of you 🧡🧡 and of course, thanks you to my wonderful partner for your unwavering and steadfast support - you brought the energy this weekend and provided a lot of joy to a lot of people 🙏🧡🙏 I couldn’t have done this without any of you 🥰🔥

🦊 UKGE 2025 Day 3: Saturday | The crazy day

🦊 And what a crazy day it was! 🤯🙌 We had another non-stop day of lovely people coming up to play and to buy Tenby- thank you to everyone who came along, it was awesome to meet you all!

🦊 Thanks to for the shoutout on the first day wrap up, and for just being generally all round fantastic people 🧡 lots of folks said they’d seen your video and came straight to our stand to try Tenby out! 🙌

🦊 Thanks also to our amazing team of helpers who powered through and made the day an absolute joy. I’m sure you helped to brighten everyone’s day!

🦊 And to top it all off, at 5:59pm, one minute before the halls closed, we sold out of all of our stock! 🤓🤯🤓 Utterly mind blowing, and such an incredible testament to the game but also to the generosity of the folks at UKGE. Almost everyone who sat down to play bought a copy, so thank you for your time and for liking the experience enough to buy a copy!

🦊 There were many more magical moments through the day, but the last sale was really something. Thank you all! 🧡🦊🧡

🦊 UKGE 2025 Day 2: Friday | The “chill” day

🦊 What a lovely start to the weekend! It was such a joy today to meet so many people who backed the game, who came up to ask about it, and to share their stories of their connection to Tenby town! I’m utterly blown away by all of the interactions 🧡🧡🧡

🦊 So many highlights of the day, we barely stopped to breathe! Thank you to everyone who came and bought a copy of the game and the expansion, it’s so unreal to experience first hand the draw that Tenby has. I’m really grateful to backers also who showed up wanting a copy of the expansion having played the core game at home already 🙏🙏

🦊 Of course, I couldn’t do any of this without the amazing Jessie, who put in an incredible shift all day long, talking with passers by, encouraging people to play and chat, and being an all round star. Thank you 🙏🧡

🦊 Tomorrow the cavalry arrive! We’ll have lots of helpers on the stand throughout the day, so please pop by if you haven’t already and do say hi! We’d love to play a game with you and show you what Tenby is all about 🤓🥰
