A budding group of young, enthusiastic, talented minds putting their thoughts and aspirations into an exciting, explosive, fun filled films. Focusing mostly on the genres of action/comedies and old school kung-fu films made famous by the likes of Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Bruce Lee, Jet Li, among many many many other favourites. The Brothers have spent years studying and adapting the techniques of
these and other actors/directors/producers etc to put forth their unique style of film. The debut film from The Brothers is "Big Steaming Pile Of Kung Fu" this is the story of epic legendary kung fu and the travels of a man, AZN Guy (Nathan Bender), through the land of Lisarow. It follows AZN Guy on his travels and through the tasks he must complete and the people the must defeat and fight along side (Bob, Corey Neville & The Batsman, Ernie Crowther) to destroy the most powerful man in the world, The British (Brian Slater). The 6 Brothers Stunt Team and its spin of side-kick stunt team "So Stunt", (fronted by 6 Bros head stunt man and quality control supervisor Michael Brookes) have appeard in numerous films and stunt reels displaying their skills and physical limits.
6 Brothers Pictures works off the single camera set-up which is is a method of filming which uses one camera set up on each set for each individual shot to make up a scene. This technique is quite painstakingly long winded but shows the talents of the man in charge, Nathan Bender. The director and one of the leading actors for 6 Brothers, Bender is the complete brain and nerve centre for 6 Brothers Pictures production. He is also the editor and producer of the films/clips/action show reels aswell as starring in almost all of them himself. Using his extensive memory database of film knowledge, Bender is "the man" when it comes to the post production and behind the scenes. The second member of The Bros 6 is leading actor and the undeniable face of 6 Bros Corey Neville. Neville is the number one stand out unbeatable actor/stuntman in all the productions of 6 Brothers. He 2nds the lead role in the debut film "Big Steaming Pile of Kung Fu" as Bob, a nimble, fast talking, hard hitting kung fu superstar trying to avenge his brother. Everywhere Neville is seen in The 6 Brother Pictures films/stunt reels/clips/gags he is sure to deliver with full force and breathtaking charm. Ernie Crowther is the third member of 6 Bros Pictures and is also another leading actor. Along side Bender and Neville, Crowther is too a kung fu expert serving years of training in the arts of kung fu and other hand to hand and weaponry conduct. Crowther portrays the character "The Batsman" in the debut film, a short tempered ex-Australian Cricketer/kung fu expert. Powered by his high alcoholic content "Hit For 6 Rum" the Batsman is an unstoppable force of brute power. In every part Crowther portays he throws his witty spin and long term film knowledge into the mix to ensure an intense show. David Brookes is the forth member of the Brothers and is the 2nd in command when it comes to writting and directing. While all the Brothers are incorporated in the script, story board and screenplay production, it is D.Brookes who is the usual stand out writer. Constantly adding his extensive film based knowledge and wisdom to the scripts he has recently completed the script for the 3rd 6 Brothers film which he too will direct and co-star in. D.Brookes always delivers his roles with confidence and determination to all aspects of the performance, which is seen in the newest scenes of Steaming Pile 2. Introducing the tech/IT side of 6 Brothers Pictures is Brian Slater. Another Brothers buddying actor, Slater plays more of a role in the input of media to the production team. Slater heads the research team for 6 Bros Pictures in their efforts to unveil new avenues for future productions aswell as research for present productions to constantly improve the production value of 6 Brothers. Slater plays the co-lead role of the evil powerful "British" in the film "Big Steaming Pile of Kung Fu" delivering a ferocious, villainous role. The final member of The 6 Brothers is the newest and youngest member Michael Brookes. He is the younger brother of Artistic Director David Brookes. Aswell as playing minor roles, M.Brookes is the On-set/Post-production Quality Control Supervisor and Public Relations/Promotions Officer. Being most well known for fronting The 6 Brothers Stunt Team and is the leading and founding member of the stunt team "So Stunt". Working closely along side Bender and Neville, M.Brookes has appeared in and choreographed many of the stunts that are shown in the 6 Bros films/reels/clips. Having not held a major or leading role on a production yet, M.Brookes still has put in many hours performing high flying stunts and extra roles. Working closely with his brother, M.Brookes is set to play a more substantial part in the upcoming productions of 6 Brothers Pictures. Along with these 6 members, 6 Brothers Pictures has a large group of close acquaintances and friends that assist in the filming and post production of the 6 Bros works. These titles include music and sound production, lighting, cinematography, catering, transport, and creative input, as well as the immense group of extras and additional stuntmen that put in their talents wherever possible. It is with the combination of the official 6 Brothers and their production crew that make it possible to continually create, write, produce and release their quality works that they will continue to do for years to come.
