Nefarious Industries Crime Slime & Grime since 2010 Over the past half decade, this has included bands from all over the world, playing a dizzying array of styles.

Nefarious Industries is the brain child of A Fu***ng Elephant and El Drugstore, two of the most obnoxious bands to come out of the great state of New Jersey in recent memory. Originally founded as an outlet to release their 2011 split EP Dope Soaked and Wow // Silver Medals for Everyone, Nefarious Industries has grown into a label that showcases the most adventurous and least commercially viable a

rtists that it can manage to locate. Rather than rest on those laurels, Nefarious Industries is doubling down on its own stupidity and committing itself to unearthing even more records that would otherwise be confined to some neglected corner of the internet. As any musician that plays left-of-center music knows, promoting a band that doesn’t fit into the narrow tastes of the public at large is an expensive and often fruitless endeavor. Our hope is to provide strength in numbers, where each band on the roster exposes their followers to other bands on the roster, ultimately providing a wider swath of open-minded listeners a chance to discover music they had little to no hope of finding on their own. Please stay tuned to this site as our collective continues to extend its tentacles into more far-flung regions of the musical spectrum. Thanks for listening.

Nefarious Industries welcomes British experimental rock band Irk to our recalcitrant roster, unveiling the new single "Toothache In Prison."

https://www.nefariousindustries.com/irk

IRK formed in Leeds in 2013. Driven by the stripped-back lineup of vocalist J.S. Gordon, bassist Ed Snell, and drummer Matthew Deamer, the trio’s abrasive and rhythm-heavy sound balances the technical intensity of mathcore with the raw energy of noise rock to create a distinctive brand of angular, unpredictable music.

While their second LP is being completed for release in 2025, IRK presents the brand new single "Toothache In Prison," recorded, mixed, and produced by Andrew Edwards and Matthew Deamer at Glide Studio in Leeds, UK, and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege in Portland, Oregon (The Armed, Locrian, Deadguy).

IRK vocalist J.S. Gordon states, “Right, so this might come as a massive surprise, but this song is largely inspired by someone I know who had toothache whilst in prison, and it sounded fu***ng awful. As the song spirals outwards musically, a load of other themes get touched on, such as the wider prison-industrial complex, police abolitionism, and public opinion around prisoners’ worth as members of society, especially in their endeavors to contribute something more meaningful than labor, such as art, during or after their incarceration.”

Nefarious Industries welcomes experimental death/grind abomination Defigurement to the label’s noncompliant roster, today unveiling the searing new single, “Wounded Landscape,” featuring guest guitar from Takafumi Matsubara of Gridlink.

https://www.nefariousindustries.com/defigurement

DEFIGUREMENT encompasses a cast of life-long henchmen from across the metal/extreme music underground, uniting Kevin Fetus (Murder Construct, Lack Of Interest, Fetus Eaters), Damian Talmage (ex-Bad Acid Trip, Mormon Mincers, Violent Opposition), Mike Heller (ex-Fear Factory, Malignancy, Raven, Sigh), and Matti Güey (Rottenness, Formless Master, Necropathy). Together, these four human units culminate their crafts into an experimental brew of debaucherous blasts, lecherous riffs, and overall nauseating brutality.

While the debut DEFIGUREMENT album is being finalized, the band today deploys “Wounded Landscape,” recorded by the band, mixed by Rob Caldwell (Cannibal Co**se, Municipal Waste, Devourment), mastered by Lasse Lammert (Alestorm, Kublai Khan, The Atlas Moth), with artwork by Kevin Fetus, and featuring guest guitar by Takafumi Matsubara (Gridlink, Mortalized).

The band offers, “This first track is one of the earliest songs that Kevin, DMT, and Matti made together, and features guitar parts by Takafumi Matsubara. This track features some crazy gravity blasts and riffs and does a good job of encapsulating what DEFIGUREMENT is all about: lab experiment melodic grind madness. Keep your ear to the ground for more coming soon via Nefarious Industries!”

Stay tuned for details on DEFIGUREMENT’s debut LP coming up in 2025 and featuring a wide cast of guest collaborators.

Watch Miracle Blood's new video for "Hello Hell," the title track from their upcoming LP, exclusively at NO CLEAN SINGING right now!

"Fair warning: the song and video we’re about to present includes singing. The music also includes head-butting punch, bone-grinding heft, and explosive screaming. The song, after all, is called “Hello Hell“. And it turns out the singing is one of the strong points of the music instead of something you have to grit your teeth (the ones the song doesn’t bust out) and endure."

That's part of our introduction to the title song from a new album coming out next month via Nefarious Industries by the Boston-based “dissonant noise-punks” Miracle Blood,. It's paired with a live video that makes an electrifying song even more electric. Watch, listen, and learn more at the location linked in the comment below.

BYE BYE TSUNAMI – the meth-metal, post-mental, future jazz trio from planet 無 – presents a new video for “My Dog Doesn’t Love Me,” found on their new Eating EP, OUT TODAY on Limited Edition Transparent Red cassette and all digital platforms!

https://www.nefariousindustries.com/nef115

With the “My Dog Doesn’t Love Me” video, directed by Nathan L. Chuang and featuring performers Nanna Koppel and Matilde Flor, the BYE BYE TSUNAMI collective offers, “This song is a prayer addressed to the Dog-God who seems to go out of his way to show no love for you. My God avoids me, my Dog prefers to go out alone because my presence embarrasses him. I can’t cry enough; I can’t bear it. My sadness is deep and inescapable. I just wanted a pet to express the feelings I hide deeply in my soul and finally find some relief, but even that doesn’t work. What have I done to deserve my Dog’s hatred? Am I not enough for you, my God?”

With their second EP, Eating, the band delivers massive meth-metal beats, dehumanized hopeless voices, eclectic noisy influences, glitchy electronics, and various other innovative elements, all appropriately complimented with exclusive artwork created by illustrator Frances Lili Farmer. The futuristic perspectives and hidden mystical layers contained within this peculiar narrative explore a realm of absurd hypothetical faraway planets, weaving a subtle double meaning that surprisingly mirrors the realities and issues of our times.

In this work, BYE BYE TSUNAMI delves deeper into their distinctive sound signature anchored by the Flaubosax. By generating new soundscapes through a personal asymmetrical tonal system and intertwining them with intricate and powerful drum rhythms, they guide the music through disrupted forms and post-industrial spiritual textures. In a collaborative endeavor for this project, the band has joined forces with other avant-garde artists proficient in vocals, guitar, electronics, and visual arts. This synergy of talents results in a truly unique audiovisual package, setting the stage for a captivating and boundary-pushing musical experience.
