It’s a historic day. Judge (now *Justice*) Ketanji Brown Jackson has been confirmed as the 116th Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. 👏🏽👑 In the words of prophetess Rihanna - “po’ it up, po’ it up!”

In light of this, I’d encourage you to listen to last week’s episode about Justice Brown and what we can learn from her.

Burnout is real, my friend.

We’ve got to do a better job of normalizing rest and indulgences as much as we glamorize “the hustle.”

Working our jobs or side gigs are only a portion of our lives. And as much as we want to achieve achieve achieve, what’s the point if we run ourselves into the ground while doing it?

How will we benefit from the fruits of our labor then?

Balance. That’s how.

I’m retraining my brain to reject the constant grind and focus more on diligent work followed by rest, recovery and leisure.

I hope the same for you.

Statistics show that a vast majority of millennials currently have student loan debt.

Overcoming past mistakes related to student loans inspired to not only write a book for those of us looking to pay off this debt, but also a book for junior high and high school students who are preparing for college.

Anthony wants to help other students avoid accumulating debt during college, and instead, find a way to attend school for free! 💸

This is possible. It just takes commitment and a game plan.

Ignore the fact that my microphone is disrespectful and is drooping all the way down. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I just wrapped an interview with an entrepreneur who has a multi-million dollar business through Amazon. No, seriously. She’s sold well over $16 million in products to date, and she really pulled the curtain back on the process in this interview. Soooo much valuable information was shared on how she started and scaled the business from her very first product.

I’m not sure if you’re interested in additional streams of income at the moment, but if so, this could possibly be one. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 I think I’ll push this episode up in the queue. I’m excited to bring this one to you.

I'm not unlike anyone on social media. I post images like these - smiling, posed and placed. But, what can't be seen is how the person (me in this case) has invisible struggles that lie just beyond the smile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In this picture, you may see an ambitious young lady beaming for a brand photo. What you cannot see is the INTENSE fear of failure that dwells in my mind. It's borderline paralyzing. Stalls forward movement at times. Results in incomplete projects or delayed work product. It's a battle that I've had to consistently overcome. I will continue to do so. But, the fear often lurks in the background. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We’re back and we’re live!! The Millennial Dreamers Podcast website is officially up. Before Season 4 kicks off next week, I wanted to share it with you.

Fun fact: I’ve had a shell of a website since 2019. I hired a freelancer to create it for me and ended up with an incomplete site. Like most of us who wear all the hats, I told myself I could fix it on my own. HA! Tried and failed at that for weeks before I busied myself with all the other tasks I needed to focus us. The result - a shelved site for 2 years. I recently decided it was time to get this done. So I had to start from scratch, but here we are!

All episodes from Season 1-3 are now on the site as well as your favorite podcast platforms. So, if you’ve ever had trouble finding your way around Apple Podcasts or Spotify (hi Daddy! 😝), you can easily listen to the latest episodes here. Glad to FINALLY have an online home.
