I was part of this wonderful event called - U25 summit which is one of the best youth experience event in Bangalore. Panelists include - saddguru, mumbaikar Nikhil, Prajakta kohli, josh, Dani cassale, beyounick etc. Many influencers talked about the content and social media. The summit was enlightened!
In the food zone - just shawarma came up with this push up challenge. Please watch the video to have fun

For all those egg lovers out there. This guy prepares amazing unda ghotala and unda Keema. If you are still having trouble in figuring out, what the hell Nitish is talking about, then, you should definitely watch this video till the end. We had fun shooting and eating it.

This Royal after-food is here since ages and a legacy food item. Bangalore’s one of the best pan shops - MK Nazeer and sons pan shop - Shivaji Nagar.
I went their to try out some varieties of sweet pan, and trust it was damn good !
That’s authentic egg paratha for you guys.
There is a lot of different ways a vendor make an egg paratha . Many of them make it similar to egg roll. Which is not the case. There are very few places in Bangalore where you get authentic Unda-paratha, near to universities like Dayananda sagar pr MS Ramaiah Nagar . The wiped eggs are poured inside the paratha(wheat flour) as a stuffing at the dough is 25% cooked.
Can be served green chutney and curries. My fav combo is egg paratha with chicken curry.
