LATEST: This video from our Centre County Report team shows NY FBI agents on scene at Altoona PD as investigators look into a 26-yet old person of interest in the murder of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO. Luigi Mangione was born and raised in Maryland and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He was arrested in Altoona today. Police say he had a “ghost gun” when arrested. They also say Mangione had a document that suggested he had “ill will toward corporate America.” Police also say they found a gun silencer and fake IDs on the suspect.

UPDATE: Police in Altoona have issued this statement about a man being questioned about the United HealthCare CEO murder in NY. The man has been arrested on unrelated charges:
