Criticism depends on how much easy it is to criticize something more than how much it should be criticized
criticism does not correlate with how something is right or wrong as much as it correlates with the ability to criticize, therefore what we get from criticism is biased,
this guides the whole society to do obviously right things and to stop doing obviously wrong things, while not being decisive about non-obvious right/wrong things.
That is why I see wording our thoughts is of a huge importance, while also being able to process information by oneself instead of taking the social norms at face value, because words are limited in conveying information, while our view of things can exist without words.

focus on the goal behind the alarm instead of the alarm itself
Some topics have an end, other topics are endless:
you can think about them for years without reaching any conclusion
you can do them for years without resolution
you can invest in them for years without profit
You can think about an idea that is too complicated without ever progressing forward,
You can browse social media for years without boredom,
You can invest your resources in an investment (like a relationship) without ever getting any profit
the reason behind all of this is that they are counterfeit brain stimulations, they are stimulating the brain making it think that it is doing some work which makes the brain satisfied while ignoring the main reason why this stimulation is needed in the first place.

A critical look at the current typology systems
The major typology systems include:
- MBTI
- OPS
- Enneagram
- Socionics
- Attitudinal Psyche

A lot of these systems depend on the jungian cognitive functions despite that they understand it differently, these systems are highly prone to logical fallacies including:
Assumption Stacking: building assumptions on other assumptions
Hasty Generalization: generalization based on few cases
Confirmation Bias: bending reality to fit the theory
Premature Theorization: building theories before gathering enough data
Forer Effect: believing in general statements
Equivocation: using the same word but with different meanings
