Here's page 17 from the winter 1990 edition. Island Angler was taking on a life of its own, with a growing subscriber list, a pool of freelance writers, distributors and an advertising sales representative, Bob Stevenson who also brought in new writers and articles. Bookkeeping and collections were handled by Sandra East (Cecil). The office I rented on Herald Street in Victoria became a busy place. This was years before the internet, even fax machines were rare, so most business was done in person.
