Katodelic Pictures
Katodelic Pictures is a dynamic film production team of young Silesian artists led by Pawel Cichonski.
Poland, Italy and the USA are the places where I live, study or work. I started making films 11 years ago, when I was still but a child. Narrative films, music videos, promos, documentaries, commercials... Since then I have been working both as a director and cinematographer as well as shooting, editing, writing or producing films and their music. In short, I am in my 11th year of making my childhood dreams come true. Our short 'Evviva l'arte!' (‘Long live the art!’) shot entirely within 48 hours won the Best Film and Best Screenplay Awards at the 48 Hour Film Project and got through to the international finals in the USA. 'The Kasia Gajda's Accidents' shot within 48 hours won the Best International Film Award at the film festival in New York where the previous year the same award had been won by the short with the part of Jack Gleeson ('Game of Thrones'). On the 1st anniversary of David Bowie's death we paid a tribute to him releasing a music video of the prog-rock song. These and other films are being screened and awarded at the film festivals all around the world. Follow us and stay tuned!
