Here is where the right to permitless carry meets cannabis rights.
First though, they got pulled over for not wearing a seatbelts and not fully stopping at a stop sign. No one was hurt. It’s absurd that you can get harrased by the government in situations like that.
Then they got arrested for having cannabis without out a license and fi****ms with out a license. No one was hurt. Again, no victim no crime.
Libertarian support decriminalizing cannabis and self defense. Permitless carry is a natural right as consuming cannabis and the world would be safer without a government that criminalizes otherwise peaceful people. This doesn’t mean, let people shoot up the neighborhood for drug wars. It means punish people for crimes they actually do instead of what you think they might do.
