Christopher Polvoorde is teaming up with Bryce Menzies for this year’s SCORE Baja 1000. Polvoorde qualified Menzies Trophy Truck on the pole driving the fastest on the 4-mile qualifying course just outside of Ensenada. Menzies who won last year’s Baja 1000 will start out front with a huge advantage. The SCORE Baja 1000 gets started Friday in Ensenada. The course will run 864 down and back up the Baja Peninsula....

Polaris is releasing a limited-edition RZR Pro R Race Replica side-by-side. The vehicle is inspired by Polaris’ actual race UTV entered in the Dakar Rally, SCORE Baja events and other stateside races. The Polaris Pro R is wrapped in the official purple race livery, with the same graphics package found on Cayden MacCachren’s race vehicle. MacCachren is the current points leader in the SCORE off-road series....

Over 800 people attended this year’s Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The event was held at the Southpoint Casino in Las Vegas. A silent auction to raise money for the organization as well as a walk of fame of off-road memorabilia was on display. This year’s class of 2024 included 12 inductees who have helped shape, influence and change the off-road industry....

Two new exciting venues have been added to the 2025 Championship Off Road Racing schedule. The series will open on May 2nd at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. The track is 1.2 miles with an over-under bridge section, towering jumps and sweeping corners. Lucas Oil Speedway is a well-known dirt-track racing favorite venue. Glen Helen Raceway is another new venue for Championship Off Road in 2025....

Austin Forkner is leaving the Monster Circuit Kawasaki Race team. Forkner confirmed the departure in an Instagram post Tuesday morning. “Thank you for believing in me, sticking by me and being more than just a team, I’ve made some lifelong relationships, and I am forever grateful,” said Forkner in his post. Forkner was sidelined after a crash in Texas at a Supercross race. Forkner also underwent brain surgery over the summer. Forkner has not yet announced who he will be racing for in 2025.

Pierce Brown has found himself a factory ride with the Star Racing Yamaha Team. Brown signed a deal putting him in the paddock with the team in the 250 class for Supercross, Pro Motocross and the SMX World Championship Finals next year. The 22-year-old from Sandy, Utah finished third in the 2022 250SX East Championship and most recently came away with a victory at the SMX World Championship Finals in Las Vegas in the 250 class....

Kevin Windham was one of a total of five people in the Class of 2024 inducted into AMA’s Motorcycle Hall of Fame Thursday night. Windham joined Mike Lafferty, Debbie Matthews, Mat Mladin and Rob Rasor. The inductees received Hall of Fame rings and ceremonious gold jackets. Windham’s Supercross and Pro Motocross career spanned 19-years. Windham collected 47 AMA Pro Wins. In 1999, Windham won the US Grand Prix and in 2005 he won the Motocross of Nations as part of the American Team....

Eric Hardin won the California 300 Unlimited Race by just a minute and 37 seconds. The California 300 held in Barstow, California over the weekend attracted several dozen racers. Hardin went neck and neck with Adam Householder. Nic Whetstone was the fastest qualifier and started the race out front. Mechanical issues would force him off the track after leading first the lap....

Team Australia has won the Motocross of Nations. The team comprised of none other than Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence and Kyle Webster grabbed the overall win. This is the first the win for the team. Australia is the native country for both Lawrence brothers. The event pits three-rider teams against one another from different countries. This year’s event was held at the Matterly Basin Grand prix Track in England....

Christian Craig is returning to the Yamaha Monster Energy Star Racing team for the 2025 SuperMotocross Season. Craig signed a two-year deal with team to race the YZ450F as well as help develop the team’s 250 riders. “I’m so excited to be back with the Star Racing team and grateful that even after two years away, they still welcomed and believed in me....

The course map is out for the SCORE Baja 1000. The course, set 869.13 miles will start and finish in Ensenada, Baja California November 11th to 17th. Three hundred plus teams from around the world are expected to compete in the big race. A qualifying session will take place Tuesday November 12th for Trophy Truck, Legends and Spec Classes at an undisclosed location....

The course map is out for the SCORE Baja 1000. The course, set 869.13 miles will start and finish in Ensenada, Baja California November 11th to 17th.

Ford Performance has signed Mitch Guthrie Jr to race at Dakar in the T1 class. Guthrie for the first time in his racing career will pilot the Ford Raptor T1+. Guthrie Jr’s teammate will be none other than Carlos Sainz who has been racing in the class for the last few years. Guthrie Jr has raced at Dakar for the last 5 years, racing in the SXS class....

Jett Lawrence has once again one the final round of the Supermotocross World Championship. Jett collects $1,000,000 after racing over the weekend at Las Vegas Motorspeedway. Last year, Jett saw the same payout, winning the Inaugural SuperMotocross World Championship title. Points were based off of 17 rounds of the Supercross season and 11-rounds of the Pro Motocross series along with three playoff rounds....
