SAD STORY

This is Ogechi Ezekiel, a first class fresh graduate of Accountancy from the Abia State Polytechnics, Aba.

She graduated a few days ago and loudly celebrated on the social media about her latest academic successes - graduation and coming out top of her class and set.

She went to her school yesterday to process her results so as to get ready for her NYSC program, but she was unfortunately hit by a tricycle ( Keke) operator and a trailer rammed on her in Aba and she died on the spot

This is the sad, devastating, sorrowful and agonizing ending of this Igbere community born first class graduate who was offered scholarship by the Institute of Chatterred Accountants of Nigeria.

Why will this country continue to loose its best?

Good news!

Ebonyi Got talent season 2 is here.

Last year's own was a success, whereof we pulled Zubi Michael, Chiwetalu Agu, Doris Ugo and other top entertainers. The winner got a whooping one million naira while first and second runners cruised home with consolation prizes.

This season 2 will be more colourful as top artistes will be live including Portable Zazu. The winner this time will get 1.5 million naira while first and second runners will smile home with 1 million and 500k respectively.

Talents to be showcased are; music, comedy, acting, skit making, spoken words, etc.

Ebonyi to the world.

➖John Ikechukwu Okafor, (born 17 October
1961) popularly known as Mr. Ibu, is a Nigerian actor and comedian.

➖Okafor is considered to be one of Nigeria's most talented and highly paid comic characters. His humorous acting is often characterized by stupidity, hilarious character, and a sharp disconnection from reality.

➖ He hails from Nkanu West L.G.A., Enugu State. After elementary school, in 1974, Okafor moved to Sapele to stay with his brother, after his father's demise. In Sapele, he did menial jobs so he could sponsor himself to school and support his family.

➖ He then worked as a hairstylist, ventured into photography and also worked in a company that produces crates. After secondary school, he was admitted into the College of Education, Yola, but pulled out due to financial difficulties.

➖ He later enrolled in the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT),
Enugu as soon as he was financially able to.
