Essential Italian Sergio Sergi makes his debut with fresh new house cut 'Recondmind.'
Sicily-born Sergio has been making waves for the last decade. His dynamite sounds have landed on plenty of top labels, most recently Rawthentic. They are always diverse as he grew up playing tribal beats, then moved into hip hop before a time in London saw him fall in love with stripped back house and techno. Now also the boss of his own label Growing Beat Records, his first release on Moon Harbour is a standout one.
'Recondmind' is an intoxicating Tech House track built on rock-solid kicks. The fat bass adds weight, but it is the twisted vocal sounds and haunting pads that really add the character. Add in some eerie wind sounds and you have a brilliantly unusual mix that really mean this one is like nothing else out there.

Italian-born, now London-based Sergio Sergi finally makes his debut on AdMaiora after a string of excellent releases on labels like Rawthentic, CUFF, and Inmotion, among others. The Sicily native serves two tech Mediterranean-infused tech-house rollers wrapped under 'Red Line' EP, showcasing his talent when it comes to creating effective club material. The entitled 'Red Line' rotates around a lush female vocals sample, later joined by crisp hats and shuffling drums. 'Loves', on the other hand, is all about the low-slung bassline that carries the track from start to finish alongside catchy arpeggios and mighty groove elements.
