I hate feeling sick without being sick. I’m trying hard to push my next MRI till the beginning of the new year but I’m not sure I’ll make it that long.

A possible leak it’s called a pseudomeningocele, I go to the Dr on Thursday for his opinion. I’ll update then

Ok, I broke down and reached out to the dr today. Still having headaches. This morning I woke up to my neck “grinding” when I moved it. I think it’s scar tissue on my metal plate. Will update later

I’ve had a headache now for almost three weeks. Some are worse than others. Same headache as before surgery. I was really hoping it was allergies or the weather but I’m starting to think that’s the case. I may call the Dr soon.

Went for my last follow up yesterday! Got a clean bill of health! I will never be able to pick up anything heavy or I can push my brain back down where it doesn’t belong. Dr said a few more months and the itching and soreness should be completely gone. Dr did say that he removed my c1 because my brain was smothering it causing the nerves to be compressed. Myself and the Dr are very pleased with the outcome. 😍 🧠

6 weeks post op today! For the most part I feel great! Much better than before surgery for sure. By the end of the day my neck is super tired. I’m Tylenol free (my liver thanks me). My scalp is still is little sore to the touch. My energy level is so much better!!!

Found out today from reading my CT scans that the surgeon also removed my C1 during surgery. Guess he forgot to tell me...

I’m feeling pretty good today. Still sleeping a lot. Hospital gave me different meds and rehydrated me. Made a good difference. I’m still super weak and a little stiff. I have a throbbing head death only when I stand up or sit down.

CAT scan and blood work just to make sure everything is good. Other then that she is feeling a lot better. Hydrocodone and zofran perscription.

Desire is still doing great! She is eating crackers and drinking water. Also cutting jokes and conversing well.
